Rapid Prototyping for Rebranding

The Challenge: To work with multiple parties—internal stakeholders, an outside branding agency, and a user-research firm—in developing design prototypes of a re-branded site for the global communications and logistics giant.

The Work: Since this was a high-volume website, loaded with detailed technical product information, we needed to create an intuitive user experience for business consumers. As a result, we conducted intensive information architecture and UX exploration with focus groups and testing scenarios. The end web product packages our best practices findings—and delivers a seamless experience.
